Sunt de acord cu cele mentionate mai sus. Problema este ca toata lumea are de suferit: si clientii, si birourile de traduceri si chiar insasi traducatorul de care fuge lumea ca dracul de tamaie. Acest fenomen va persista pana cand nu se vor pune anumite conditii in obtinerea autorizatiilor de traducator.
In Rusia autorizatia de traducator se obtine prin sustinerea unor examene dificile pentru a intra in Asociatia traducatorilor. La noi termini facultatea si depui dosarul (sau il trimiti prin posta) si peste noapte esti traducator cu acte in regula. Vine clientul si plateste cu bani munciti, are termen pentru a depune niste acte cu traducerea atasata si toate sunt date peste cap de un traducator destept. E trist.

se cheama certificat de traducator si costa ceva...deci nu mai fi atat de nemultumita, dute si da niste teste, 70 % din oameni nici nu iau testele..., poate il iei tu.

Pentru INDIFERENT
Eu as spune ca esti mai degraba sarcastic decat indiferent. "Poate iei tu examenul la Ministerul Culturii". Am o experienta in traduceri de 14 ani, sunt Doctor in filologie, vorbitor nativ de limba rusa. Colaborez cu birouri de traduceri doar pe baza de contract de multi ani. Sunt convinsa ca voi lua examenul la Ministerul Culturii DAR ce fac cu autorizatia obtinuta de la ei? Valabila este Autorizatia eliberata de Ministerul Justitiei, Minister care elibereaza autorizatii pe baza de dosar. Absolventi de facultate care nu au inca pregatirea si experienta necesara, cunosc foarte prost o limba straina obtin autorizatie pentru ca au invatat/o in facultate. In tara de origine n-au fost niciodata, nu cunosc tehnicile de traducere, habar n-au despre un contract, de asumarea raspunderii etc.
Exact la asta m-am referit, Dle INDIFERENT. La faptul ca ar trebui continuate demersurile pentru infiintarea Asociatiei de Traducatori si poate atunci vor fi si traducatorii mai bine informati si selectati dupa rezultate, vor sti ce ii asteapta in cazul de malpraxis etc.
Cum vi se pare?

Intr-adevar toti traducatorii ar trebui sa sustina examen pentru a obtine autorizatia de la MJ. Dar examenul sa nu fie numai din domeniul juridic, cum se da acum, pentru ca un traducator face lucrari din diverse domenii.....Ar ramane numai cativa traducatori si atunci s-ar simplifica lucrurile...si pentru ei si pentru firme....Numai ca nu are cine sa se ocupe de aceasta chestiune. Sau poate ca nu se doreste.....Am inteles ca ministerul nu vede asta ca fiind de folos pentru el...poate ca pe anumite limbi ar ramane fara traducatori.....poate niciunul nu reuseste sa ia nota peste 7. Se impusese acest examen acum cativa ani dar s-a renuntat la idee...Pacat ca ne batem joc de aceasta meserie atat de frumoasa dar care are nevoie de oameni pregatiti care merita sa munceasca pe un pret bun, dar si la o calitate buna....Trierea traducatorilor prin examen ar rezolva multe probleme...Poate ne aude cineva!!!
